Refund policy

We want you to love your gear as much as we do, so we offer you a no-questions asked 14 day return policy on most goods. If you wish to return something, simply email us at unitedbygear@gmail.com for prior authorization. We are a small business, so return shipping is on you, unless we messed up of course. And you will be refunded as soon as we check the gear back into stock. Please note that at this time only unused, unopened gear can be returned. Final sale items are marked as such. Thank you!
