Shipping, Returns & FAQ

Shipping: 

• Most orders ship the same day, but please do allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating. 
• Free shipping is offered on all US domestic orders over $99. 
• If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at Unitedbygear@gmail.com so we can work with you to make it right! 

Returns: 

• Here at United by Gear we have a "No Sweat" return policy, meaning that as long as our item is in unused condition, and it is within 30 days of purchase, just drop us a line and we will coordinate a return for your choice of a refund or store credit. 
• Items that have been used, tampered with, etc are not eligible for return. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to UBG error.

What happens after I place an order? 
- You will get an email once your order ships with your tracking information, so you can begin to stalk your mailbox. 

Is UBG EDC responsible if I hurt myself with one of your products? 
- No, we are all adults here - meaning you also have to be over 18 to purchase from us. 

What if the item I want is out of stock? 
- We do our best to bring back crowd-favorites, but we also understand the importance of having novelty gear that is not easily replicated. That means that most times, when gear is gone, it's gone - but there will be occasional restocks. The best way to get a sure answer is to ask. Just shoot us an email. 

Will carrying EDC Gear make me cooler? 
- We firmly believe that as long as you are a kind human and carry epic tools - you are already cooler than most.
